Silicon Labs EFM32 Tiny Gecko 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) provide a combination of unmatched performance and ultralow power consumption in active and sleep modes. Silicon Labs EFM32 Tiny Gecko MCUs consume down to 160µA/MHz in run mode and 900nA with a Real Time Counter running, Brown-out, and full RAM and register retention. The low energy consumption of Tiny Gecko devices outperforms any other 8-, 16-, or 32-bit solution.
