L6226Q DMOS Dual Full Bridge Drivers
STMicroelectronics DMOS Dual Full Bridge Drivers are designed for motor control applications and are realized in BCDmultipower technology, which combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. These DMOS Dual Full Bridge Drivers include two independent constant OFF time PWM current controllers that perform the chopping regulation. STMicroelectronics DMOS Dual Full Bridge Drivers features thermal shutdown and a non-dissipative overcurrent detection on the high side power MOSFETs.
Motor Drivers
STMicroelectronics Motor Drivers are a wide range of motor drivers covering the requirements of brushed DC motors, stepper motors, and brushless DC motors. The drivers are offered in an extensive range of voltage and current ratings. STSPIN motor drivers embed all the functions needed to drive motors efficiently. This is achieved with high accuracy and includes an advanced motion profile generator.
Brushed DC Motor Drivers
STMicroelectronics Brushed DC Motor Drivers are a portfolio of STSPIN motor drivers for brushed DC motors. The drivers integrate a dual current control core and a dual full-bridge power stage to drive two brushed DC motors. The devices are available in a large selection of space-saving, thermally-enhanced packages. STSPIN brushed DC motor driver ICs provide a ready-to-use optimized solution for motor and motion control systems. They provide a wide range of voltage and current ratings. The STSPIN portfolio comes with extensive evaluation hardware, software, and a technical documentation toolbox to minimize time to market.
