ACT4751QI101-T DC-to-DC Buck Converter
Active-Semi ACT4751QI101-T DC-to-DC Buck Converter is a wide input/output voltage switching regulator integrated circuit. The converter is a solution for USB Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 and Programmable Power Supply (PPS) applications. The device supports input voltage of 4.5V to 40V and uses a synchronous step-down (buck) voltage regulator architecture. The converter also integrates high side and low side MOSFETs. The converter can be dynamically programmed to an output voltage between 3V and 24V in 12.5mV steps via the I2C or analog feedback. The converter also operates in a proprietary current mode control that supports external clock syncing for switching frequencies between 450kHz and 2.25MHz.
