Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.
SPxx-HV Series TVS Diode Arrays
Littelfuse SPxx-HV Series TVS Diode Arrays in ultra-small 0201 form factor are designed to replace multilayer varistors (MLVs) in portable applications, LED lighting modules, and low speed I/Os. SPxx-HV TVS Diode Arrays protect sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other overvoltage transients. SPxx-HV Series can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. These TVS diodes can also safely dissipate up to 8A of induced surge current (IEC61000-4-5, tP=8/20μs) with very low clamping voltages.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)
Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
