Adesto EcoXiP ATXP032 NOR Flash are high-performance low-power octal flash interface optimized to eXecute-in-Place (XiP). The EcoXiP offer the perfect solution for memory expansion in systems that don’t have enough embedded flash or SRAM. These 32MBit NOR flash offers fast performance, low power consumption, and high efficiency read operations that make EcoXiP perfect for any battery operated application. The EcoXiP ATXP032 NOR flash operate at 1.8V voltage supply and -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range. Applications include instant on modules, industrial IoT, building automation, wearables, consumer devices, smart appliances, audio subsystems, and network modules.
