TSX3704 Micropower Quad CMOS Voltage Comparators
STMicroelectronics TSX3704 Micropower Quad CMOS Voltage Comparators exhibit a low current consumption of 5µA typical per comparator. This device improves on the TS3704, with a lower current consumption, a better input offset voltage, and an enhanced ESD tolerance. The TSX3704 is fully specified over a wide temperature range and is available in automotive grade. The device is fully compatible with the TS3704 CMOS comparator and is available with similar packages. The new tiny package, QFN16 3x3, is also proposed for the TSX3704 thus allowing even more integration on applications.
TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers
The TSX series, a new generation of 16V Amplifier ICs using an advanced manufacturing process, combines high performance and high reliability, making them well suited for a variety of demanding applications. An innovative 16V CMOS manufacturing process delivers reduced power consumption, class leading accuracy with long term stability, and enables reduced PCB area by allowing the use of small surface-mount packages. The combination of features along with STMicroelectronics commitment to quality and reliability makes these devices an ideal signal conditioning solution for rugged applications from automotive electronics to smart buildings and industrial controls.
