AP7381 Positive Voltage Regulator ICs
Diodes Incorporated AP7381 Positive Voltage Regulator ICs are designed to maximize system run times with its extremely low quiescent current. These AP7381 voltage regulators feature a wide input voltage range, low dropout voltage, high accuracy, excellent line/load regulation, thermal shutdown, and built-in Over-Temperature Protection (OTP). The AP7381 voltage regulators consist of an error amplifier, a resistor network, and a voltage reference for setting output voltage. These AP7381 voltage regulator ICs are available in space-saving SOT23, SOT89, and TO92 packages that match industry standard footprints. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, home automation, lighting, meters, portable information appliances, laptop, palmtops, and notebook computers.
