MPM6010 Step-Down LED Drivers
Monolithic Power Systems MPM6010 Step-Down LED Drivers are 36V/1.5A module, high efficiency, synchronous LED Drivers with an integrated inductor. The MPM6010 Drivers provide a very compact solution with built-in power MOSFETs, two capacitors, and requires only four external components. This allows a 1.5A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. A wide range of protection features includes thermal shut-down (TSD), over-current protection (OCP) with valley-current detection, and internal soft-start. The MPM6010 is available the QFN-17 (3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm) space-saving package. The MPM6010GQV-AEC1P and MPM6010GQV-AEC1Z are AEC-Q100 qualified.Learn More
