ON Semiconductor N-Channel Dual Cool™ PowerTrench® MOSFET & SyncFET™ MOSFET are produced using ON Semiconductor's advanced PowerTrench® process. Advancements in both silicon and Dual Cool™ package technologies have been combined to offer the lowest rDS(on) while maintaining excellent switching performance by extremely low Junction-to-Ambient thermal resistance. The SyncFET™ has the added benefit of an efficient monolithic Schottky body diode.
PowerTrench® MOSFETs
ON Semiconductor PowerTrench® MOSFETs offer a broad portfolio of MOSFETs in the industry. These MOSFETs offer both N-Channel and P-Channel versions that are optimized for low RDS(ON) switching performance and ruggedness. Typical applications include load switches, primary switching, mobile computing, DC-DC converters, and synchronous rectifiers.
