MaxLinear XR791xx and XR7920x Step-Down COT Power Modules requires very few external components leading to ease of design and fast time-to-market. The modules combine the controller, drivers, inductor, passive components, and MOSFETs in a single package. The XR791xx offers load current rating from 3A to 20A and a wide 3V to 22V input voltage range. The XR7920x offers load current rating from 3A to 6A and a wide 5V to 40V input voltage range.
