    Parcel did not arrived because the standard shipping method is without tracking. I recommend you to choose a shiping method with a tracking number available. It is not the first time when parcel was lost with no tracking shipping. But the seller returned me the money. The only problem is that I waited almost 3 months for nothing (waste of time).

AN34092B High-Speed Gate Driver
Panasonic AN34092B High-Speed Gate Driver is a single-channel high-speed gate driver that drives X-GaN power SMD transistors easily with a small number of external components. The high-speed gate driver IC integrates constant source current circuitry and negative voltage circuitry to avoid the wrong turn ON. This circuitry is adjustable with external resistors. Typical applications include motor drives, power conditioner, switching power supplies, and a gate driver for GaN-Tr.
X-GaN Power Solutions
Panasonic 600V Gallium Nitride (X-GaN) is a very hard, mechanically stable wide bandgap semiconductor material with high heat capacity and thermal conductivity. In its pure form, it resists cracking and can be deposited in a thin film on Sapphire (AL2O3) or Silicon Carbide (SiC), despite the mismatch in their lattice constants. X-GaN can be doped with Silicon (Si) or with Oxygen to n-type and with Magnesium (Mg) to p-type; however, the Si and Mg atoms change the way the X-GaN crystals grow, introducing tensile stresses and making them brittle.
