Ordered two to 10 rooms, came quickly (less than a month). I do not know whether they are new or not, but on the body there are chips, which, in principle, does not affect the performance. So far i did not install anywhere, but the multimeter checked-everything is regulated, smoothly. The only thing that did not like, in extreme positions there is no zero: one potentiometer on the edges 62 and 30 ohms, the other 53 and 15 ohms.
