MPQ652x Hex/Triple Half-Bridge Motor Drivers
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ652x Hex/Triple Half-Bridge Motor Drivers are half-bridge, Diffusion Metal Oxide Semiconductor (DMOS) output drivers with integrated power MOSFETs. These motor drivers come in two variants, MPQ6523 that drives up to three different loads and MPQ6526 that drives up to six different loads. The MPQ652x drivers are separately controllable from a standard serial data interface and offer various diagnostic functions. These drivers feature low quiescent current in standby mode, Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), Under-Voltage Protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. Typical applications include DC motors and driving various loads in automotive as well as industrial applications.
