The STMicroelectronics ESDALC6V1-5T6 ESD protection array is a monolithic array designed to protect up to 5 lines against ESD transients. The STMicroelectronics ESDALC6V1-5T6 ESD protection array features 5 uni-directional Transil™ diodes, low diode capacitance (7 pF typical), low leakage current (<100 nA), and very small PCB area (1.0 mm²). This STMicroelectronics ESD protection array is ideal for applications in which transient overvoltage protection in ESD sensitive equipment is required, including cell phone handsets and accessories, computers, printers, communications systems, video equipment, and set top boxes.
