Rectron SPKC1645F is a Schottky Barrier Solar Rectifier. The device is housed in Rectron's patent pending SlimPAQ package with a flat body and ribbon leads. SPKC1645F is designed for energy harvesting and solar applications such as a bypass diode when the solar cell is shaded. Features include low switching noise, forward voltage drop, and thermal resistance with a high current and surge capability.
