ON Semiconductor high-speed, low-side gate drivers are available in a wide range of performance and packaging combinations to create compact, highly efficient, reliable power supplies. The devices are available in the industry's smallest packaging, 2x2mm or 3x3mm MLP, or in industry standard SOIC or SOT packages. These ON Semiconductor drivers feature input-threshold, two inputs per channel, high voltage range, short propagation delays, and delay matching between channels.
