These MPLAD diodes are 18kW and 36kW rated and available in both uni-directional and bi-directional construction. The MPLADxxKP TVS diodes feature high-power, high-reliability with wafer fabrication, low capacitance signal protection, and low-profile SMD/SMT package. These MPLADxxKP diodes meet a multi-stroke lightning standard RTCA DO-160, section-22 for aircraft design. Typical applications include military, medical equipment, telecommunications, lightning, and automotive load dump protection.Learn More
