The NC7SP38 is a single 2-Input NAND Gate with open drain output stage from Fairchild's Ultra Low Power (ULP) series of TinyLogic®. Ideal for applications where battery life is critical, this product is designed for ultra low power consumption within the VCC operating range of 0.9V to 3.6V VCC. The internal circuit is composed of a minimum of inverter stages, including the output buffer, to enable ultra low static and dynamic power. The NC7SP38, for lower drive requirements, is uniquely designed for optimized power and speed, and is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve best in class speed operation while maintaining extremely low CMOS power dissipation.

The NC7ST00 is a single 2-Input high performance CMOS NAND Gate, with TTL-compatible inputs. Advanced Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication assures high speed and low power circuit operation. ESD protection diodes inherently guard both inputs and output with respect to the VCC and GND rails. High gain circuitry offers high noise immunity and reduced sensitivity to input edge rate. The TTL-compatible inputs facilitate TTL to NMOS/CMOS interfacing. Device performance is similar to MM74HCT but with 1/2 the output current drive of HC/HCT.
