LPC1300 32-bit Microcontrollers
NXP Semiconductors LPC1300 32-bit Microcontrollers are built around the Arm Cortex-M3 Rev2 processor core, are equipped with up to 32KB of Flash and up to 8KB of SRAM, and use a single 3.3V power supply (for operation between 2.0V and 3.6V). These devices include on-chip USB drivers for Mass Storage Class (MSC) and Human Interface Device (HID). This greatly simplifies USB implementations since the USB drivers are incorporated in ROM. The LPC1300L (LPC131x/01) variant of this MCU also includes power profiles in ROM, offering a low active power consumption of approximately 170uA/MHz.
