ON Semiconductor NCP720 CMOS Linear Voltage Regulators are 350mA VLDO equipped with NMOS pass transistors. The NCP720 also have separate bias supply voltages (VBIAS). The devices provide very stable, accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications, the NCP720 feature low IQ consumption.
