Renesas / Intersil ISL8202M & ISL8205M Step-Down DC/DC Power Modules are single-channel synchronous step-down complete power supplies. The ISL8202M is capable of delivering up to 3A of continuous current and the ISL8205M, 5A. The ISL8202M & ISL8205M only require a few external components for operation and are optimized for space constrained and portable battery operated applications. The modules operate from a single 2.6-5.5V input power rail. The ISL8202M and ISL8205M integrate a controller, power inductor and MOSFETs.
