    The whole package was badly packed. In one cardboard box, which is badly sealed. The result was a hole in the box! It's amazing that nothing fell out. It took a long time, but about 45 days. Judging by tracking delivered to the delivery within 4 days. The seller chose the cheapest delivery, although only 2 items of 7 mi (for the amount of 250 rubles from 3400 rubles) were with such cheap delivery. At the same time, also for the delivery was payment though not big but was 50 rubles.Terribly packed in one torn cellophane bag. Everything arrived in a compressed form. The quality of the components is bad, you can see not with an armed look.I do not recommend this supplier at all.

The 74ACT11139 is designed for use in high-performance memory-decoding or data-routing applications that require very short propagation delay times. In high-performance memory systems, this decoder is used to minimize the effects of system decoding.

The 74ACT11139 is composed of two individual 2-line to 4-line decoders in a single package. The active-low enables (1G\ or 2G\) can be used as data lines in demultiplexing applications. This decoder/demultiplexer features fully buffered inputs, each of which represents only one normalized load to its driving circuit.
