Vishay Siliconix SiC4xx microBUCK™ Integrated Buck Regulators are a family of products that leverage Vishay's unique combination of discrete MOSFET design, IC expertise, and packaging capability to provide customers with cost-effective, high-performance integrated solutions. Vishay SiC462 Synchronous Buck Regulator features integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in a space-saving, lead (Pb)-free, power-enhanced MLP55-27L package. This device is capable of supplying 6A continuous current at up to 1MHz switching frequency. This regulator produces an adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V from 4.5V to 60.0V input rail to accommodate a variety of applications, including computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial.
