ZVS Buck Regulators
Vicor ZVS Buck Regulators offer maximum power density and flexibility for high-efficiency point-of-load DC/DC regulation. Point-of-load performance is increased through integration of high performance Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) topology and provides best-in-class power efficiency up to 98%. Vicor ZVS regulators are highly integrated with control circuitry, power semiconductors, and support components in a high density LGA System in Package (SIP).
PI358x-00 ZVS Switching Regulators
Vicor PI358x-00 ZVS Switching Regulators are high input voltage, wide‑input‑range DC-DC ZVS Buck regulators which integrate a controller and power switches within a high-density 37-pin GQFN (UTAC's Grid‑array QFN) package. The integration of a high performance Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) topology, within the PI358x-00 series, increases point‑of‑load performance providing best-in-class power efficiency. Features include a wide input voltage range of 30V to 60V, a power-up into pre-biased mode <6V, and a -20°C to +120°C operating temperature range. The PI358x-00 regulators are parallel capable with single-wire current sharing while offering fast and slow current limits. Protections include input over/under voltage lockout (OCLO/ULVO), output overvoltage protection (OVP), and over temperature protection (OTP).
