DSC61x MEMS Clock Generators
Microchip Technology DSC61x MEMS Clock Generators are a low-power, ultra-small footprint, and crystal-less family of generators. The clock generators are factory configurable and are available in DSC610, DSC612, and DSC613 variants. These DSC612 devices generate up to two independent LVCMOS outputs and DSC613 MEMS generate up to three LVCMOS outputs from two PLLs. Each output can be configured to generate any frequency from 2kHz to 100MHz. These clock generators implement PureSilicon™ MEMS technology to provide low jitter and high stability across a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures.
DSC612 2-Output MEMS Clock Generators
Microchip DSC612 2-Output MEMS Clock Generators are crystal-less™, offering low-power, and an ultra-small footprint. The DSC612 is factory-configurable and generates up to two independent LVCMOS outputs that can be configured to generate any frequency from 2kHz to 100MHz. Implementing Microchip’s proven PureSilicon™ MEMS technology, the DSC612 provides low jitter and high stability across a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures. The crystal-less clock generators significantly enhance reliability and accelerate product development. The two control inputs can be configured to function as the output enable/disable, standby, sleep, spread spectrum enable, and frequency select.
