Texas Instruments' TMUX6113 is a modern complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) device with four independently selectable single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The device works well with dual supplies (±5 V to ±16.5 V), a single supply (10 V to 16.5 V), and asymmetric supplies. The digital inputs have transistor-transistor logic (TTL) compatible thresholds that ensure TTL/CMOS logic compatibility.
The TMUX6113 has two switches with digital control logic. The device exhibits break-before-make switching, allowing it to be used in cross-point switching applications.
The switch has ultra-low leakage current and charge injection enabling the device to be used in high-precision measurement applications. The TMUX6113 is well-suited for portable applications due to a low supply current of 17 µA.
