Central Semiconductor's CDM4-600LR (4 A, DPAK), CDM7-600LR (7 A, DPAK), and CDM22011-600LRFP (11 A, TO-220FP) are the first devices in the UltraMOS series of high-voltage, high-efficiency MOSFETs designed to minimize total conduction losses while maximizing power density. These devices are available in industry-standard packages as well as custom packages.
