ADA4627/ADA4637 Wide Bandwidth Precision Amplifier

ADI's ADA4627 and ADA4637 are wide bandwidth precision amplifiers that feature low noise and very low offset, drift, and bias current. The device operates from ±5 V to ±15 V dual supply. Combining the best specifications of precision DC and high-speed AC op amps, these amplifiers provide benefits previously found in few amplifiers.

The ADA4637 is a decompensated version of the ADA4627 and is stable at a noise gain of 5 or greater. With a typical offset voltage of only 70 µV, drift of less than 1 µV/°C, and noise of only 0.86 µVPP (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), it is suited for applications where error sources cannot be tolerated. The ADA4627/ADA4637 is specified for both an industrial temperature range of -25°C to +85°C and an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. These amplifiers are available in a tiny 8-lead SOIC package as well as 8-lead LFSCP package. The ADA4627/ADA4637 was designed for high impedance sensors, photodiode, and precision instrumentational applications.
